Job Description

As a IT Director/ CTO, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing the IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
Leading and managing the entire technology department to ensure efficient operations.
Overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Driving innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and practices.
Collaborating with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Managing budgets and resources for technology projects effectively.
Mentoring and developing IT talent within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Director / CTO should have:

A strong background in technology leadership within the financial services (bank, fintech industry).
Proven expertise in IT strategy development and execution.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong leadership capability and with a dynamic, innovative mind and hands-on skills.
