Director, HRBP of Overseas Sales

Job Responsibilities：

Oversee the implementation of full-spectrum HR systems across business branches in APAC, EMEA and SA regions, covering HR policies, workflows, compensation & performance management, employee relations, etc.
Partner with regional business leaders to formulate and implement human resource planning and talent pipeline initiatives aligned with business revenue growth targets.
Lead the regional HRBP teams, standardize working mechanisms and assessment criteria, and improve the team’s efficiency and professionalism in supporting business operations.
Take overall charge of labor compliance and employment risk control for all countries within jurisdiction.
Take charge of building localized talent acquisition and talent development systems, establish succession pipelines for core positions, and boost regional organizational efficiency.
Coordinate with functional HR teams at headquarters to roll out digitalized and standardized HR workflows.

Job Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree or above with no less than 10 years of working experience in human resources, including a minimum of 3 years in managing overseas regional HRBP teams.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in countries across Asia-Pacific, Europe-Africa and South America.
Comprehensive expertise across all core HR modules.
Fluent command of both Chinese and English for daily professional work, with excellent cross-cultural communication and cross-department collaboration capabilities.
Well-versed in business logic under multi-country employment landscapes; equipped with robust complex problem-solving skills and capable of exerting positive influence within intricate matrix organizations.
Able to undertake frequent cross-border business trips and sustain stable performance under high-pressure working conditions.
