Join a fast-growing consumer products business as a Finance Manager (Business Partnering), a newly created position that will play a critical role in driving commercial decision-making across international markets, reporting directly to the Hong Kong Finance Head.
Job Description
- Serve as a trusted finance business partner to commercial and operational stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the sales forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accurate projections and continuous monitoring of business performance against targets.
- Analyze revenue, margins, and key business drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver timely management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to support senior leadership in making data-driven decisions.
- Oversee accounts receivable performance, monitor cash collection trends, and work closely with business teams to optimize working capital.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather, consolidate, and interpret financial and operational data, translating findings into actionable business insights for local and global management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline,
- Professional accounting qualification preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or financial analysis within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making at both operational and senior management levels.
- Solid understanding of revenue analysis, working capital management, accounts receivable processes, and financial controls.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with regional and global teams across different cultures and time zones.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international business environment.
