With a strong commitment to long-term growth in Hong Kong and the broader Asia-Pacific region, the company is expanding its institutional distribution capabilities and is seeking a high-caliber sales professional to support its next stage of development.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for originating and maintaining institutional client relationships across Mainland China, with a focus on banks, insurance companies, securities firms, wealth management platforms, trust companies, and finance companies.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to achieve AUM growth and fundraising targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and investment teams across institutional clients in Mainland China.
Promote the firm's investment solutions, including:
- IG Bond Fund
- US Dollar Money Market Fund
- Global IG Bond Fund
- Global Select Equity Fund
Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's institutional client network.
Coordinate closely with portfolio managers, product specialists, and senior management to deliver tailored investment solutions.
Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, roadshows, and due diligence sessions.
Monitor market developments, client trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
Support product positioning, marketing initiatives, and fundraising campaigns across Greater China.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
5-15 years of experience in asset management sales, institutional distribution, or business development.
Strong preference for candidates from leading mainland Chinese mutual fund companies, particularly top-tier public fund managers.
Proven track record in servicing and acquiring institutional clients, including banks, insurers, securities firms, and other financial institutions.
Existing relationships with institutional investors across Mainland China will be highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of fixed income, cash management, and public market investment products.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently in a growth-focused environment.
Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese is essential.
Cantonese and English are preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates holding Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), or other valid Hong Kong work authorization will be viewed favorably.
