We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Development and Support Head, Pensions Sales.

In this role you will:

Lead and develop the Sales Support Office team; set priorities, manage workload, and build capability across sales enablement, governance, reporting, project coordination and stakeholder management.
Deliver strategic, regulatory and system enhancement projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and implementation readiness.
Manage UAT and rollout readiness, including procedures, frontline training and post-implementation support to ensure business continuity.
Provide oversight of sales support, sales quality, governance and business management activities to drive sales growth and consistent customer outcomes.
Establish sales management disciplines (reporting, performance and pipeline tracking, trend analysis) to support decision-making.
Maintain and enhance sales procedures, operating processes and QA controls to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements (MPFA/HKMA).
Serve as the central point for regulatory engagement, inspections, information requests and remediation with MPFA, HKMA and internal control teams.
Drive continuous improvement to policies, procedures and risk-based checking/governance frameworks based on audits, regulatory feedback and internal reviews.
Coordinate frontline licensing, mandatory training and CPD requirements.
Provide sales support for large/complex client cases, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely issue resolution.
Manage budgets and cost control, and oversee key risks including operational, regulatory compliance and financial crime.

To be successful you will need:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related discipline.
Extensive experience in team management, project management, sales support, business management, governance, operations or financial services.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams, setting priorities, coaching staff and driving continuous improvement.
Strong project management experience, with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, user testing and implementation readiness.
Experience in banking, pensions, wealth management or related financial services industry preferred.
Strong understanding of sales support operations, governance processes, quality management, licensing, operational controls and regulatory requirements.
Experience in management reporting, dashboard preparation, business analytics and performance tracking.
Proven ability to manage regulatory communication, audit reviews, inspections and cross-functional follow-up actions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
