We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your HR career in a regional role supporting multiple countries across Asia Pacific. You will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions, partner with employees and business leaders, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance employee experience and support business success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO DFIN:

Manage payroll administration for Hong Kong, China, and Singapore, including payroll, pension, and tax data preparation, liaison with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders, and the timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
Support regional employee benefits administration and insurance renewal processes, including employee data validation, benefits enrollment updates, vendor coordination, documentation management, and employee communications.
Prepare and maintain regular HR operational reports, including payroll, overtime, leave administration, headcount reporting, and other HR metrics and analyses.
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee transfers, contract renewals, probation reviews, employee changes, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems and internal databases, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Support HR audits through document preparation, data validation, and record reviews.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Support day-to-day HR operations and participate in HR projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

SKILLS & EXPEREINCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a regional or multi-country environment.
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore.
Hands-on experience in payroll administration, benefits administration, insurance renewal taxation and HR audit support.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications; SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
