HR Operations Manager (Sourcing Office)

A well-established international consumer business is looking for a capable HR Operations Manager to support its regional people agenda across Asia. The role offers broad exposure to HR service delivery, employee administration, reporting, compliance and process enhancement, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience.

What you will be responsible for:

Act as a key point of contact for HR operational matters, providing practical support to employees, managers and HR colleagues across the region.
Ensure employee data, personnel records and HR documents are maintained to a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
Drive improvements to HR workflows, documentation and service delivery to enhance efficiency, consistency and employee experience.
Manage employee life cycle administration, including new joiner procedures, employment changes, transfers, probation follow-up and exit arrangements.
Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, consolidate workforce data and provide meaningful analysis to support planning and decision-making.
Coordinate payroll-related information, final payment matters, tax administration and statutory HR processes in partnership with relevant parties.
Oversee employment visa and immigration administration, including application tracking, renewals, documentation and vendor liaison.
Support selected recruitment activities for junior appointments, from coordination and screening through to offer preparation and onboarding transition.
Provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members, helping to prioritise workload, monitor progress and maintain service standards.
Contribute to people-related initiatives, employee engagement activities and wider HR projects where required.

Candidate profile:

Degree qualified, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Solid HR operations background gained in a sizeable business environment, with regional exposure considered beneficial.
Confident handling employee administration, HR documentation, payroll coordination, tax-related matters and employment visa processes.
Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with prior exposure to HR systems or reporting tools preferred.
Comfortable working with data, producing reports and identifying trends or issues that support effective decision-making.
Reliable, detail-minded and discreet, with sound judgement when managing sensitive employee information.
Able to organise priorities independently, follow through on actions and deliver accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
Clear communicator with the confidence to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
