We are seeking a Human Resources Service Officer / Associate to join our HR Advisory & Services to support end-to-end HR operations.

As part of HR Advisory & Services, you will work closely with HR colleagues, cross-business unit stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery, while gaining valuable hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations, process improvements and system enhancements, covering the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire, payroll management, employee support, compliance, and HR projects.

Your Role

Manage HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including pre-employment, onboarding, employee movements and offboarding administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with confidentiality and data integrity standards.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure smooth payroll and funding operations
Administer employee benefits programs, e.g. Group Medical Plan and Retirement Scheme
Maintain and timely update HR policy and guideline-related documentation.
Coordinate onboarding activities such as medical checks, employment contracts, system access, and orientation support.
Support offboarding procedures, including clearance, final payments, document preparation, and exit processing.
Respond to HR queries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance requirements in accordance with Hong Kong labor regulations and company policies.
Support HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

To Succeed in this Role

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with payroll exposure in Hong Kong and overseas.
Knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinance, payroll practices, MPF, salaries tax, and HR compliance requirements.
Experience managing end-to-end HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems; knowledge of Power Automate and AI tools would be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
