About the Role :

A luxury evening wear and bridal company is seeking a polished and client-centric Sales Manager / Shop Manager to lead their boutique in Wan Chai. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional, personalised in-store experience for high-end local and international clients – with no sales targets or commission pressure. Candidates with experience in luxury retail / high-end fashion sales and strong English skills are strongly encouraged to apply. Professional training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the boutique as the primary in-store representative, welcoming and assisting local and international clients.
Introduce evening wear and bridal gown sales, rental services, and photography packages.
Provide detailed explanations on materials and offer personalised styling advice.
Arrange after-sales services including packaging, delivery, and gown alterations.
Handle store operations such as daily bookkeeping, recording income/expenses, and paying utility bills.
Travel overseas several times a year to support pop-up stores and photography events (primarily in Europe, the US, and Japan).

Requirements :

Previous experience in luxury retail / high-end fashion sales (e.g., boutiques, luxury brands).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – essential for serving international clients.
Patient, stable, and service-oriented with a professional, warm demeanour.
Genuine interest in Fashion / Luxury Retail / High-end Apparel is highly preferred.
Willing to travel overseas for events (Europe, US, Japan) several times a year.
