About Our Client

Our client is a well-restructured family office, and as part of its continued growth, our client is looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to oversee full-set accounting activities and manage daily financial operations.

Job Description

Handle full set of accounts independently, including general ledger maintenance and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Manage daily accounting transactions, including receipts, payments, journals, and fund movements.
Review and process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist with monthly management accounts and financial analysis.
Monitor transaction flows and ensure proper supporting documentation is maintained.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent is preferred.
5-8 years of relevant accounting experience with strong exposure to full-set accounting.
Hands-on experience in AP, AR, treasury, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
Experience in handling audits, tax matters, and statutory reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command in Cantonese and English.
