Job Summary:

As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a key role in executing routine fund servicing transactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will apply your fund servicing knowledge and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships and contribute to the team’s success. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and influence positive outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute routine fund servicing transactions accurately and in compliance with established guidelines.
Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Monitor cybersecurity practices, proactively identifying threats and implementing protective measures.
Use active listening and questioning skills to understand client needs and foster strong relationships.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying innovation and design thinking to enhance operational resilience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in fund servicing operations, focusing on transaction execution and process improvements.
Proven ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to effectively address client needs.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing innovation and design thinking to boost operational efficiency.
