Our client, a pioneering global technology leader and an iconic consumer brand renowned for its groundbreaking products and unparalleled customer experience, is seeking a highly motivated Retail Marketing & Channel Operations Specialist to join their forward-thinking team on a 12-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in a pivotal role, driving the seamless execution of cutting-edge retail strategies across Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities:

Store Development: Manage retail store projects (design, installation, maintenance) for both shop-in-shops and standalone locations.
Visual Merchandising: Coordinate logistics and execute captivating in-store visual displays for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular store visits and supervise installations/ maintenance to uphold the highest brand standards.
Reporting & Systems: Maintain internal reporting systems, ensure data accuracy, and generate critical operational insights.
Cross-Functional Support: Provide essential administrative and logistical support, including VM procurement (PR/ PO) and reporting to regional/ global teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of progressive experience in retail, channel operations, or marketing.
Proven experience in MNC consumer electronics, telecommunications, or premium retail industries is highly advantageous.
Exceptional command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
A detail-oriented, independent, and collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
