❖ The Role

We're looking for a Financial Controller to help strengthen and scale our financial foundation as the business grows across distribution and manufacturing.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and systems. You'll work closely with our existing Finance team and business leads to ensure our financials are not only accurate and reliable, but also clear, structured, and useful in day-to-day decision-making.

You'll own the fundamentals, while helping the business operate with greater clarity, discipline, and confidence.

❖ What You'll Be Responsible ForOwn the Financial Backbone

Lead the monthly close across entities (HK, China, ASEAN) with accuracy and consistency
Ensure financials are timely, reliable, and audit-ready
Maintain strong accounting standards (IFRS / HKFRS where applicable)
Establish a clear, consistent view of performance across regions

Strengthen Systems and Processes

Evolve financial processes to support a growing, multi-entity business
Improve how data flows across systems (ERP, reporting, internal tools)
Reduce manual friction and improve efficiency where it matters
Ensure systems and workflows are structured, scalable, and well-governed

Enable Better Decision-Making

Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
Partner with BD, operations, and leadership on pricing, margins, and cost structures
Support planning, scenario analysis, and new initiatives
Help teams understand key drivers of performance in a practical, intuitive way

Planning, Forecasting, and Discipline

Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts across regions
Track performance against plan and highlight key variances
Introduce structure and consistency in planning processes
Balance rigor with usability — building frameworks teams will actually use

Working Capital and Financial Health

Maintain visibility over AR, AP, inventory, and cash flow
Partner with teams to optimize working capital cycles
Support treasury, banking, and funding needs as required

Partner Across the Business

Work closely with the existing FIN team to elevate overall capability
Act as a thought partner to business leads — not just a reporting function
Contribute to building a finance function that is both disciplined and enabling

❖ What We're Looking ForExperience

8–15+ years in accounting, audit, or financial control
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or operational businesses
Familiarity with multi-entity, cross-border environments (HK / China / ASEAN)
Experience operating in growing, evolving organizations
