General Manager

Minimum of 5 yrs experience in the hospitality industry and management-level exp
Working with an international chain managing sizable hotels
Strong business acumen and well understanding of HK market

Job Responsibilities

Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
Oversee operational budgets and design short-to-mid-term sales and marketing strategies to optimize profitability
Lead all key issues, including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment
Motivate and direct functional departments to improve service standards, revenue, and operational efficiency
Ensure full compliance with the Hotels’ operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards
Take responsibility to protect the hotel’s brand image
Accountable for legalization, Occupational Health Safety, Fire Safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Identify new business opportunities and build up long-term business relationships

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or relevant disciplines
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the hospitality industry and management-level experience
Has solid experience in working with an international chain managing sizable hotels
Excellent business acumen
Exceptional leadership and influential skills, ability to inspire team members, and build a cohesive team to achieve business targets
Fluent in written and spoken English, proficient in Chinese is preferred
