Our client seeks an experienced Administrative Officer to manage operations, coordinate teams, and support growth at a leading digital music platform.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce administrative and HR policies; coordinate group affairs to ensure policies are effectively applied across the organization.
Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by headquarters and senior management.
Manage office supplies and assets, including procurement, inventory registration, distribution, and systematic stock management.
Conduct regular asset and consumable inventories, optimizing replenishment processes.
Oversee workplace environment quality, coordinate property services, supervise quality inspections, and ensure maintenance of public areas.
Ensure the stable and efficient operation of workplace facilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, with a passion for the music and entertainment industry, willing to dedicate oneself and achieve success in this field.
3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with practical experience in administrative operations and human resources; experience in internet, entertainment, or related industries is preferred.
Strong business understanding and the ability to support business development from ground zero to scale; capable of working closely with business teams to efficiently implement management initiatives.
Excellent communication and resource integration skills, with the ability to drive goals and deliver results; strong motivation and resilience under pressure.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); proficiency in business English is a plus and capable of handling basic English emails and documents

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Officer.
