Key Responsibilities

Ensure invoices and credit notes of the Department are issued in an accurate and timely manner
Answer Customer / Affiliate / Inter-company queries
Coordinate with related departments to ensure on time and accurate billing.
Ad-hoc billing tasks assigned by manager.

Preferred Qualifications

DSE / Form 5 graduated with knowledge in billing operations; Fresh graduates will also be considered
Knowledge in Cargowise is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business tools
Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
Good command in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
