Client Background

Our client is a leading and rapidly growing insurer in Hong Kong, with strong business expansion and a continuously increasing customer base. The company is committed to delivering innovative insurance solutions and enhancing customer experience through high-quality service and operational excellence. To support its ongoing growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their Insurance Solutions Centre team.

Working Location

Sheung Wan, Quarry Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui
Rotation between centres may be required based on business needs

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
One Saturday off per month (on roster basis)

Responsibilities

Provide frontline customer service and cashiering support at Insurance Solutions Centres.
Build strong product knowledge to handle enquiries and support daily operations effectively.
Deliver end-to-end operational support to agents and distribution channels across policy application and servicing processes.
Assist agents with administrative and processing support related to policy sales and servicing activities.
Handle enquiries, premium collection, policy servicing requests, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
Support new business processing, including preliminary checking and document handling.
Prepare correspondence, retrieve documents, and assist in basic account and quotation support.
Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree holder or above.
1–5 years of experience in customer service, banking, insurance, or financial services.
IIQE Papers 1, 3 & 5 are required.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding or willingness to learn insurance products and operational processes.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable supporting agents and handling operational tasks related to policy servicing and sales processes.
Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to changes.
