Job Description
As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and banking activities to ensure sufficient funding for operations
- Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Oversee financing activities, including loans, credit facilities, and capital structure
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Negotiate banking terms, fees, and service agreements
- Ensure efficient treasury operations, including payments and cash controls
- Monitor compliance with loan covenants, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare regular treasury reports and provide insights to senior management
- Support strategic initiatives such as investments, M&A, and business expansion
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to optimize financial performance
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACT) preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking products, and financial risk management
- Experience in managing loan facilities and banking relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and risk awareness
