OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT (ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT)

Assistant Executive Officer (Ref. 260626013-IE)

Duties

The appointee will be required to:

(a) provide office administrative support to the Legal, Risk and Compliance Unit;

(b) provide logistic support to the trainings, publications and activities organised by the Unit;

(c) assist in conducting general research, research on database, reviewing and drafting documents, correspondences and other related documents;

(d) collect and consolidate relevant documents and information and prepare summaries;

(e) liaise with internal units and external organisations; and

(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Vice President (Administration and Development) or his/her delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have a recognised degree with at least five years of relevant working experience, preferably gained from legal, compliance or risk management office of large organisations;

(b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

(d) be well-organised, attentive to details, dynamic and able to work independently.

Preference will be given to those with proficiency in AI tools.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for a written test.

Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
