We’re looking for a proactive and creative Sales Assistant to join our team and help grow our retail and online business.

If you enjoy social media, customer interaction, and e-commerce operations, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

Support day-to-day sales and store operations.
Manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Create simple marketing materials using Canva and AI tools.
Follow up with customers and provide online store support.
List products and manage orders on e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and Shopline.
Track weekly marketing activities and report monthly store performance.
Work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for

Experience or interest in social media marketing.
Comfortable using Canva and AI tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
E-commerce or online store experience is a plus.
