Requirements

Holder of a Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent**;
Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent;
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table), PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing as well as web content management
With at least (4) years' post-degree relevant administrative working experience
Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

**Non-Local Qualifications: Candidates with qualifications obtained outside Hong Kong must provide official institutional documents stating the mode of delivery of the study programmes. i.e. HKCAAVQ

Duties:

a) To render logistic and administrative support in achieving the training targets for school managers / School Management Committee (SMC) members, including preparing questionnaires, survey forms, collecting and analysing voluminous data / feedback from School Sponsoring Bodies, Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) schools and government schools;
b) To assist in monitoring the project development and enhancement of an online platform for collection of training data of IMC school managers / SMC members of government schools;
c) To assist in the design, organisation, promotion, monitoring and evaluation / data analysis work of training activities;
d) To liaise with stakeholders through various communication channels, e.g. Fast Information Transmission System (FITS), phone calls, emails, etc. and handle public enquiries; and
e) To undertake other ad hoc duties as required.
