Legal Consultant - Derivatives

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with Derivatives experience to join our ranks with:

Minimum of 1 PQE within the derivatives / structured products, gained either within private practice or in-house
The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clients
Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes
Assiting on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
