Job Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Rotations

Participate in structured rotations across key departments to ensure new projects implementations align perfectly with operational realities and guest service standards.

Develop a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of hotel operations and overall business performance.

Structured Learning & Development

Comprehensive experiential learning through on-the-job assignments, complemented by formal mentoring and coaching frameworks.

Continuous, performance-driven feedback mechanisms to accelerate individual capability development and support sustained professional growth.

Job Requirements:

Recent graduate who’s holding a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline;
A self-motivated fast learner with a proactive "can-do" mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take full ownership of project delivery from inception to execution;
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills with the confidence to communicate effectively and build strong rapport across all levels;
A strong level of computer proficiency is required;
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is preferrable.
