Our client, China's leading consumer-to-consumer (C2C) and retail e-commerce platform, is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join their team.

Description

Are you the person who knows a trend is viral before it even hits the ‘For You’ page? We are looking for a creative, high-energy, and trend-obsessed Social Media Specialist to join our team! If you live and breathe Instagram and Xiaohongshu, and you’re excited about blending human creativity with the latest AI tools, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

Handle the official brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu for Hong Kong and Macau markets
Create platform-native contents - whether it’s shooting a quick-cut transition short video, designing a sleek carousel post, or using AI tools to brainstorm wild new concepts—you’ll be the engine behind our daily contents, working with different AI tools and in-house design teams.
Identify local trends, memes, and cultural moments in HK/MO and pivot our content strategy to keep us relevant.
Manage community interactions and engage with our followers like a human, not a bot.
Manage paid social setups (Meta and XHS) and use data to see what’s working. You love seeing the engagement numbers go up!
From ideating cool brand merchandise to helping out with local activations, you’re ready to jump in and make things happen.

Job Requirements:

You have a "creator mindset." You’re comfortable with CapCut, Canva, and experimenting with AI tools to speed up your workflow. You know how to make a video look "native" and engaging.
2+ years of experience in social media or content creation is great, but we also love fresh grads with a killer portfolio! (Bonus points if you have your own influencer account or a side hustle).
You deeply understand the Hong Kong landscape and slangs, and you have strong Cantonese copywriting skills!
Results-Driven: You care about fan growth, engagement rates, and ROI.
You are an independent learner who is quick on the draw. You don’t wait for instructions; you bring ideas to the table.
Resilient & Organized: You can switch contexts quickly, handle multiple tasks, and stay cool under pressure.
