Assist in various human resources functions
Drive associate engagement
Provide administrative support

Responsibilities

Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Assist in recruitment process (arranging interviews, contacting candidates, preparing documents)
Help with onboarding activities for new employees (ID cards, documents, orientation setup)
Maintain HR filing system and employee records
Coordinate staff activities, training programs, and internal events
Prepare HR materials such as posters, training records, and reports
Support employee engagement initiatives (e.g., CARE program, recognition activities)
Work with different departments to support HR projects and communication

Qualifications

Studying in High Diploma/ Associate Degree or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline (Overseas students are welcome!)
Good command of spoken and written English
Chinese (Mandarin) speaking will be a plus but not a must
Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
Hard-working and willing to take ownership and initiative
