Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations and Platform Optimization:

Manage day-to-day e-Commerce operations, including inventory updates, pricing accuracy, order processing support, and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance website UX/UI, streamline the customer journey, and maximize conversion rates.
Monitor website performance and proactively implement enhancements to drive online sales growth.

Design and Content Creation:

Produce visually compelling graphics, illustrations, short-form videos, and multimedia assets for digital marketing campaigns.
Design and develop website layouts, landing pages, and email marketing templates aligned with brand guidelines.
Create offline marketing collateral, including promotional event materials, flyers, and brochures.
Ensure absolute consistency in branding, tone, and visual messaging across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing Campaign Optimization:

Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve ROI.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to develop innovative campaign concepts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to e-Commerce sales, traffic, and campaign ROI.
Utilize web analytics tools to uncover customer behavior trends and provide actionable insights for business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new e-Commerce features and promotions.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-Commerce operations, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro).
Solid understanding of e-Commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing analytics.
Strong analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and strong written/verbal communication.
Hands-on experience with Shopify platform management.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data reporting.
Knowledge of or a personal passion for the wine industry and consumer trends.
