About the role：

We’re looking for a Graphic Design and Social Media Officer. This position is primarily responsible for graphic design production, brand promotion, and social media management. The successful candidate will ensure that all visual and digital communication projects align with the organization’s mission and overall communications strategy, and help raise public awareness and support for youth services.

Responsibilities：

A. Graphic Design and Brand Promotion

Design and produce various promotional materials, including print items (e.g. posters, flyers, banners) and digital media assets (e.g. web banners, social media graphics and video thumbnails), ensuring high design quality and brand consistency.
Maintain and refine the organization’s visual identity and design guidelines, ensuring that all promotional materials present a professional and consistent style aligned with the brand positioning.
Collaborate closely with cross‑departmental teams to provide design and branding support for agency activities, publications, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.

B. Social Media, Content Creation and Community Engagement

Develop and produce creative and strategic social media content (including short videos, Reels, graphics, and motion visuals) that aligns with brand themes and campaign priorities.
Manage and operate the Youth Outreach official social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by planning content calendars, scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and conducting basic performance analysis to continuously improve engagement.
Write and plan youth‑focused stories, promotional themes, and key messages, integrating market insights and trending topics into the overall communications strategy to enhance public identification with and support for the organization.

C. Other

Assist in the preparation and execution of various agency activities, including venue setup, preparation of promotional materials, and on‑site visual support.
Carry out any ad‑hoc projects or other related tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.

Job Requirements：

Hold a diploma or above in a relevant field (e.g. graphic design, communication, visual arts, marketing, creative media). Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of related experience are welcome to apply.
Be familiar with common design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and have basic video‑editing skills (e.g. Premiere, CapCut or similar tools) is an advantage.
Have an interest in social media content creation; experience in posting or managing content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (including school clubs, student societies, or personal accounts) will be an asset.
Possess good written and spoken skills in both Chinese and English, and be able to craft youth‑oriented content in a down‑to‑earth and engaging manner.
Be attentive, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, with a willingness to learn new trends in design and social media; demonstrate strong teamwork spirit and genuine passion for youth development and empowerment.
Candidates who can assist and support the organization's work in mainland China or other locations will be given priority consideration.

協青社（Youth Outreach/ YO）誠聘「平面設計及社交媒體主任」。本職位主要負責機構之平面設計製作、品牌形象推廣及社交媒體管理，確保所有視覺及數碼宣傳項目與機構理念及整體傳訊策略一致，推動公眾對青年服務的關注與支持。

主要職責：

A. 平面設計與品牌推廣

負責設計及製作各類宣傳物料，包括印刷品（如海報、單張、橫額）及數碼媒體素材（如網頁橫幅、社交媒體圖像及影片封面），確保設計品質及品牌一致性。
維護及優化機構品牌形象與設計指引，確保所有宣傳材料的視覺風格專業一致，符合機構品牌定位。
與跨部門團隊緊密合作，提供設計及品牌推廣支援，以配合機構活動、出版物、宣傳及籌款項目的需要。

B. YO專頁社交媒體、內容創作及社群營運

構思並製作具創意及策略性的社交媒體內容（包括短片、Reels、圖片設計及動態圖像），以配合品牌主題及宣傳重點。
管理及營運 YO 專頁於各社交平台（如 Instagram、Facebook、LinkedIn 等），負責貼文排程、內容發佈、互動回覆及數據分析，持續優化貼文表現。
撰寫及策劃與青年相關的故事內容、宣傳主題及信息，將市場洞察及潮流議題融入品牌傳訊策略，提升公眾對機構的認同與支持。

C. 其他相關工作

協助籌備及執行機構各類活動，包括場地佈置、宣傳物料準備及現場視覺支援等。
按需要執行由上級指派的臨時項目及其他相關任務。

入職要求：

持有相關學科（如平面設計、傳播、視覺傳達、市場營銷、創意媒體等）大專或以上學歷，應屆畢業或有 1–2 年相關工作經驗均可。
熟悉常用設計軟件（如 Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign 等），具備基本影片剪輯能力（如 Premiere、CapCut 或類似工具）者更佳。
對社交媒體內容創作有興趣，曾參與 Instagram、Facebook、LinkedIn 等平台的內容發佈或管理，或有校內、社團、個人賬號營運經驗者，將優先考慮。
具備良好中、英文寫作及溝通能力，能以貼地、有感染力的方式撰寫與青年相關的內容。
工作細心、有責任感，能同時處理多項任務並在時限內完成，願意不斷學習設計與社交媒體新趨勢。具良好團隊合作精神，並對青年發展及賦權工作充滿熱誠。
如可到內地或其他地區協助機構工作，將優先考慮。
