We are now looking for a talented Accounts Assistant to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting in preparing reports and schedules in accordance with DMC/statutory requirements and updating accounting records on a timely basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Issue management fee receipts, debit notes and reminders to owners/tenants
Prepare monthly debtor’s schedule.
Handle management fee income; prepare receipt and journal vouchers.
Preparing PO/ receive and review PO or invoices of suppliers/contractors, and/or other related documentation for completeness and compliance with company financial policies.
Responsible for accounts receivable function, prompt research of all unidentified bank in.
Assist in projects or relevant duties assigned by supervisor
Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, invoice checking, filing and documentation
Prepare monthly Autopay collection service summaries
Handling owners/tenants’ management fee enquiries
Assist in on-site stock checks twice per year
Deliver documents to Head Office and provide general ad hoc support as required
Prepare regular reports on finance updates

REQUIREMENTS

Matriculation level or above, preferably with diploma in accountancy
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, experience in Property Management -Accounts Receivable is preferred
Familiar with handling inquiries from tenants/owners in Property Management issues
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Familiar with PC operation, MS Office and Accounts software
Strong sense of responsibility, details-minded, high sense of accuracy and efficiency
