The Technical Services Manager will oversee property management operations and building services to ensure optimal functionality and safety. This role requires strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards in a retail environment.

Description

As a Technical Services Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of the property to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Managing contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
Ensuring compliance with local building and safety regulations.
Monitoring energy usage and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
Providing technical support for ongoing property renovations and upgrades.
Handling emergency situations and ensuring prompt resolution to minimise disruptions.
Collaborating with the property team to deliver seamless technical services in alignment with the retail environment's needs.

Profile

10+ yrs of experience in property management or technical services, ideally within commercial & retail properties.
Proven expertise in managing E&M systems, maintenance operations, and technical projects.
Knowledge of local building and safety regulations.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Offer

Competitive annual salary ranging from HKD 700000 to HKD 1000000.
