Manager, Policy Administration (Insurance Broker)

Reporting to the Team Head of Life Business Operations
Handle the end-to-end process and follow-up of new insurance policies
Manage underwriting progress and policy data as well as after-sales

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Head of Life Business Operations and assist in developing and executing Policy Administration strategy to meet the Bank’s business goals and initiatives
Handle the end-to-end process and follow-up of new insurance policies as well as business reporting and project management of life insurance business
Manage underwriting progress and policy data as well as after-sales and renewal management
Collaborate with the product providers and act as a product gatekeeper to maintain accuracy of product database and smooth processing of business
Handle enquiries or complaints and resolve disputes effectively
Continuously enhance processes and utilize service benchmarks and analytical data
Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above with IIQE certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably with banking and/ life insurance broker exposure
Sound knowledge of insurance policy operations and be familiar with the best practice of the insurance industry
Proven exposure in partnership distribution and banking with Taiwanese segment is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua is a must
Proficiency in using MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
