Role Summary 職位概要
- As the leader of the Quality Department at our Vietnam EMS facility, you will oversee comprehensive quality management, driving NPI success, supplier development, and process excellence to deliver defect-free products in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

- This pivotal leadership role requires strategic oversight of quality systems, cross-functional collaboration, and proven expertise in electronics manufacturing quality assurance.

Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Tertiary education in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 擁有機械、電子、製造工程或相關學科的大專以上學歷。
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in supplier and product quality management.
- 至少7年相關經驗，其中3年以上從事供應商及產品品質管理工作。
- Solid experience managing quality issues during New Product Introduction (NPI) launches.
- 在新產品導入（NPI）階段管理品質問題有豐富經驗。
- Strong understanding of PPAP and quality tools including MSA, SPC, and FMEA.
- 熟悉PPAP及MSA、SPC、FMEA等品質工具。
- Good command of English; fluent Chinese (including Mandarin) is advantageous.
- 良好英語；流利中文（包括普通話）為佳。
Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Serve as the leader of the Quality Department, providing strategic direction and oversight for all quality operations.
- 擔任品質部門主管，為所有品質運作提供策略方向及監督。
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material and process quality issues during New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless transition to mass production.
- 與跨職能團隊合作，解決新產品導入（NPI）階段的材料及製程品質問題，確保順利進入大量生產。
- Partner with Purchasing and Engineering teams to develop local sourcing strategies and manage supplier quality performance.
- 與採購及工程團隊合作，制定本地採購策略並管理供應商品質表現。
- Establish control plans based on customer requirements and PFMEA for incoming, in-process, outgoing, and reliability inspections.
- 根據客戶要求及PFMEA制定來料、製程、出貨及可靠性檢驗的控制計劃。
- Drive implementation of process controls for critical processes that impact product quality.
- 推動關鍵製程的製程控制實施，確保產品品質。
- Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
- 啟動產品品質及製造流程的持續改善活動及計劃。
- Manage field returns, customer complaints, and quality escalations.
- 處理現場退貨、客戶投訴及品質升級問題。
