Role Summary 職位總結
- Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Vietnam factory and its ~600‑member workforce, ensuring world‑class operational performance and long‑term manufacturing competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies and plant organization to achieve corporate goals and drive long‑term manufacturing competitiveness.
- 制定並實施有效的營運策略及工廠組織架構，以達成公司目標並推動長期製造競爭優勢。
- Lead all plant‑level functional teams, including production, quality, HR, and Administration....etc, and collaborate with Business Units (BU) and Corporate functional teams to design and roll out robust operation systems, processes, and procedures.
- 領導所有工廠層級的職能團隊，包括生產、質量、人力資源及行政等，並與業務單位（BU）及企業職能團隊合作，設計並推行穩健的營運系統、流程及程序。
- Take full responsibility for manufacturing quality, on‑time delivery, cost management, and other key performance targets, including formulation and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budget.
- 全面負責製造品質、準時交付、成本管理及其他關鍵績效指標，包括制定及執行年度營運計劃（AOP）及預算。
- Work closely with the Plant Management Team to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of operational systems and procedures, and ensure people and other manufacturing resources are well planned and deployed.
- 與工廠管理團隊緊密合作，監控營運系統及程序的成效與效率，並確保人力及其他製造資源獲得妥善規劃及配置。

Ideal Candidate 理想人選
- Technical or engineering background, with a strong understanding of EMS and manufacturing processes.
- 具備技術或工程背景或學歷，對EMS及製造流程有深刻理解。
- 10+ years of progressive experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior management roles.
- 10年以上EMS或電子製造相關逐級累積的經驗，其中包括至少5年高級管理職位經驗。
- 1+ year of work experience in Vietnam; familiarity with the local labour market, regulations, and business culture is highly desirable.
- 在越南工作1年或以上；熟悉當地勞動市場、法規及商業文化者尤佳。
- Good command of English, in addition to Mandarin; comfortable and effective in US and European business environments.
- 流利英語，並具備普通話能力；在美國及歐洲商業環境中能有效溝通及處理業務。
- Strong leadership with proven people and organization development capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and team motivation.
- 具備卓越領導力，並具備人才及組織發展的成功經驗，包括指導、績效管理及團隊激勵。
- Experience in leading and managing EMS manufacturing site teams and technical personnel, including staffing, performance reviews, and goal setting.
- 具領導及管理EMS製造工廠團隊及技術人員的經驗，包括人事配置、績效評核及目標設定。
- Passionate, energetic, and results‑driven, with a clear desire to lead the Vietnam factory and drive continuous improvement.

Terms & Benefits 條款及福利
- Work Location: Vietnam factory (30-60 minutes from airport, Greater Ho Chi Minh City).

- Schedule: 5.5 days per week.
