MARKETING MANAGER - FMCG & FOOD brand owner (North Point/5 days work)

Distribution channels cover supermarket chains, convenience store chains, F&B groups, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other trade channels
We continue to expand our presence across local and regional markets as a growing FMCG food brand

Drive brand growth and market expansion through integrated online and offline marketing strategies
Strengthen our position as a trusted food brand in Hong Kong and China
Build strong marketing-driven relationships across all trade channels
Enhance customer loyalty through digital innovation and traditional marketing excellence
Scale our FMCG food brand across retail and F&B channels in the Greater China region

Role Summary

Lead the company's integrated online and offline marketing strategy and execution across all product categories in Hong Kong and China
Reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for leading Marketing team including Marketing Officer and Designers
A strategic thinker who has a proven track record of building successful FMCG brands
Strong digital marketing expertise is essential, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels
You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, manage brand positioning, and drive growth across our diverse customer base

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive integrated online and offline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth across all product categories in Hong Kong and China markets
Lead digital marketing strategy including social media, e-commerce, search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), content marketing, and influencer partnerships
Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across digital channels (social media, e-commerce platforms, online advertising) and traditional channels (TV, print, outdoor, trade marketing)
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and creative development for food raw materials, food ingredients, and finished food products
Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade marketing initiatives and support supermarket chains, convenience stores, F&B groups, restaurants, and hotels in Hong Kong and China
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to drive customer engagement
Develop content for marketing materials, including packaging, catalogs, brochures, digital assets, and social media
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights in the food and FMCG sector
Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, media partners, and creative vendors
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and brand health across digital and traditional channels
Lead and mentor a small marketing team including designers
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in Hong Kong and China

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/food industry with strong digital marketing expertise
Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaign execution across both online and offline channels
Experience with FMCG brands is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Hong Kong and China food retail market, including supermarket, convenience store, and e-commerce channels
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (social media management, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, e-commerce platforms)
Strong digital marketing and e-commerce experience (social media, online advertising, content marketing, influencer marketing)
Strategic mindset with strong execution skills in both digital and traditional marketing
