How you will make an impact:

Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided as required
Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport
Assist the manager in provide high-quality property management services
Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems
Monitor the standards of maintenance, security, and cleaning services of properties
Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

What we are looking for:

Form 5, HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred
Holder of Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner license will be an advantage
Minimum 3 years working experience in management including at least 2 years’ at supervisory level
Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Assistant Property Officer
