Role Description

The Logistics Merchant Support Associate serves as a key point of contact for merchant partners, supporting daily logistics operations and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. This role is responsible for handling merchant inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving operational issues related to order fulfillment, delivery processes, and logistics support.

Key responsibilities include responding to merchant requests in a timely and professional manner, monitoring logistics-related cases, tracking issue resolution, and providing clear updates to merchants throughout the support process. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate follow-up actions, escalate urgent cases when needed, and ensure operational processes are carried out accurately.

The position also supports process optimization by identifying recurring merchant concerns, maintaining accurate case records, and contributing to improvements in workflows and service standards. The Logistics Merchant Support Associate plays an important role in maintaining strong merchant relationships through reliable communication, efficient coordination, and consistent operational support.
