ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure safety and security of all guest, visitor and staff members
Maintain a professional presence in hotel lobby and access control at Security station
Undertake patrols at guest floors and other patrolling at hotel premises
Respond rapidly to requests for emergency assistance in a professional manner
Enforce all hotel and security rules and regulations
Comply with hotel Loss Prevention and Safety Policies
Other duties as assigned by hotel management

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in hospitality or security industries, preferably in luxury hotel
Holder of valid Security Personal Permit, Certified First-Aider and AED
Good communication and written skills in English, knowledge in Cantonese & Mandarin is an advantage
Self-motivated, attentive and with sense of urgency
Positive attitude and well-disciplined
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, problem solving oriented and High level of responsibility and initiative
Independent and able to work under pressure
