We are now looking for a talented Manager, Portfolio to be part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist with the leasing and day-to-day management of commercial properties within the portfolio. Major duties include taking ownership of several premium office towers in Taikoo Place, fostering tenant relationships, interacting with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews, as well as preparing related documents. The candidate is also responsible for the coordination of tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance, as well as asset enhancement of the properties within the portfolio. This role is suitable for first-time managers, offering the opportunity to lead a small team of junior staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the key account holder of several buildings within the Taikoo Place portfolio
Take accountability and ownership of fostering tenant relationships
Independently engage with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals, and rent reviews, as well as prepare related documents to ensure proper completion
Lead a team of junior team members and collaborate with cross team members to coordinate tenant fit-out projects and manage budgetary control
Assist in overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and asset enhancement of properties within the portfolio
Participate and facilitate in placemaking initiatives across user experience, amenities and sustainability

REQUIREMENTS

A university graduate, preferably with professional qualifications in General Practice Surveying from HKIS or RICS
A minimum of 5 years' experience in leasing and property management. Previous international exposure will be considered an asset
Proven ability to build business networks and foster strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies, and business partners
Demonstrated accountability, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to ensure commitments are met and results are delivered
Ability to interpret and apply business, financial, and market knowledge to support decision-making and achieve organisational goals
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build effective teams, collaborate across functions, and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve common goals
Strong portfolio mindset, with the ability to unlock the potential of assets
Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, with a strong focus on customer service
Knowledge of sustainability and digitalization including AI will be considered an advantage
Proficiency in both English and Chinese are required
Able to work independently and manage junior staff, and perform effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications
