Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and implementing promotional events as well as customer loyalty programs including but not limit to event / exhibition management
- Responsible for acquisition and retention of VIP members as well as execution of online customer engagement initiatives
- Collaboration with brands on joint promotion opportunities and review of program effectiveness through data analytics
Requirements:
- University graduates in marketing, communications or related disciplines
- At least 6 years' relevant working experience in event management, CRM or loyalty marketing preferably in shopping mall / retail industries
- Creative, organized, of good analytical skills and with sound knowledge in mobile CRM applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Overtime work on weekends and public holidays are necessary
