Responsibilities:

* Prepare daily sales reports for High Net Worth (HNW) segment.

* Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including financial dashboards, Monthly Business Review, and other reports.

* Develop and maintain monthly campaign tracking reports and expense overrun analysis.

* Support the design and development of automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of HNW reporting processes.

* Prepare sales analysis and commentaries.

* Monitor sales trends and identify gaps in performance relative to set targets.

* Contribute to the Strategic Planning by assisting in financial projections and quarterly forecasting.

* Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

* Professional qualification in accounting, finance or business administration.

* At least three years of experience gained in insurance background preferred.

* Student member / finalist of accounting professional bodies preferred.

* Experience in managing financial control, reporting, and management information systems; proficiency in Power BI (PBI) is a plus.

* Strong analytical skills and communication skills with a proven ability to share simple yet accurate messages.

* Fluent in English and Cantonese.
