We are currently looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Account Executive to join our growing team Hong Kong team. This role is ideal for someone with strong presentation and communication skills, solid agency experience, and a passion for digital marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong, long-term working relationships
• Support and execute digital marketing campaigns for international brands targeting the China market
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, KOLs, media platforms and project timelines
• Independently develop campaign reports and strategic frameworks, and support the preparation of client proposals, presentations and marketing strategies
• Participate in client meetings and presentations with confidence and professionalism
• Oversee Chinese social media content execution across social platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with Chinese digital trends, social media culture and emerging consumer behaviour
• Support the Account Director and wider team on business and campaign initiatives
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an advertising agency, PR agency, digital marketing agency or related industry
• Strong presentation and client communication skills
• Confident in leading meetings, presenting ideas and handling client-facing responsibilities
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Chinese digital and social media platforms
• Experience with Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Tencent Ads or related digital platforms is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to adapt English marketing materials into high-quality Chinese copywriting
• Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

• Experience working with international brands
• KOL / influencer marketing experience
• Experience preparing marketing proposals and campaign decks
• Fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle industry experience
• Basic understanding of paid media analytics and reporting
Salary
HKD 25,000 – 30,000 per month
(Depending on experience)
