Our Dongguan facility (currently with a team of approximately 20 skilled workers, with plans to grow to about 100) specializes in watch assembly operations.

Role Summary / 職位概述

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead watch assembly operations at our Dongguan facility and drive the factory’s growth from approximately 20 to 100 staff.

This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering production excellence across all functions, including overseeing the current team of around 20 skilled technicians while scaling headcount, and managing quality control, inventory, customs compliance, material control, and related administrative processes.
此為一項關鍵管理職位，負責在所有職能範圍內實現生產卓越，包括監督現時約20名熟練技術人員的團隊並配合擴充，同時管理質量控制、庫存、海關合規、物料控制及相關行政流程。

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

Lead the daily management of watch assembly production lines, optimizing output, efficiency, and on‑time delivery performance.
領導手表組裝生產線的日常管理工作，優化產量、效率及準時交付表現。
Oversee end‑to‑end quality control, warehouse and inventory management, customs clearance, material control, and administrative functions.
監督全流程質量控制、倉庫及庫存管理、海關清關、物料控制及行政職能。
Monitor KPIs such as yield rates, defect ratios, and cycle times, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
監控包括成品率、缺陷率及週期時間等關鍵績效指標，並在運營中推動持續改進措施。
Manage and grow the workforce from 20+ to 100+ staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and safety compliance.
管理及擴展員工團隊從20+人至100+人，包括招聘、培訓、績效管理及安全合規。
Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, PMC, and Quality and other teams to ensure on‑time completion and delivery of finished goods.
需與工程、採購、PMC、質量及其他相關團隊緊密合作，確保成品的準時完成及交付。

Ideal Candidate / 理想人選

At least 8 years of work experience in the watch industry, with experience in watch factories being an advantage.
至少8年鐘錶行業工作經驗，具備手表工廠工作經驗者尤佳。
Experience in watch production, operations, quality, engineering, or technical roles is a plus.
具備手表生產、營運、質量、工程或技術職位工作經驗者優先。
Knowledge of ERP systems.
熟悉ERP系統。
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a growing team in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
具備優秀的領導力及溝通技巧，能在實際操作的製造環境中有效管理不斷擴充的團隊。
Experience working with US or European watch brands is a plus.
曾服務於美國或歐洲手表品牌者優先。
