Asst. Engineer : (Responsibilities & Requirements)

Work under direction of project engineer and/or project manager on selected projects.
Prepare CAD drawings and drafting from schematics to ensure that drawings submission meets with the scheduled programme, specification, codes, standards and client requirements.
Higher Certificate/Diploma or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
1-2 years working experience in Fire service (Fresh graduate will be considered).
Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM and Microsoft Office.

Engineer : (Responsibilities & Requirements)

Lead moderately complex and/or multiple smaller scale projects.
Work under the direction of the Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager directly on projects.
Interface and lead coordination with all disciplines during the design/coordination phases.
Interface with the client on issues related to building services.
Direct and perform engineering on projects: maintain work plan and monitor progress of construction, execute design and drafting from schematics.
Write work plans and review weekly to confirm schedule alignment.
Produce field site visit reports.
Mentor junior staff assigned to your projects.
Manage time to coordinate.
The candidate must possess advanced communication, both verbal and written, organizational and interpersonal skills. Additional requirements include:
Higher Certificate/Diploma or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
4 to 6 years' experience to join our interdisciplinary project teams, and to contribute to the design of building services installation for our clients
Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM and Microsoft Office.
Well-developed analysis and engineering evaluation skills.
Strong working knowledge of building and infrastructure systems, standards and building safety codes.
Develop knowledge of contractual and liability issues.
Develop knowledge of construction and administration process and procedural knowledge.
High level of responsiveness and collaboration with contractors and clients.
Develop work planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Advanced professional judgment weekly to confirm schedule alignment.
Produce field site visit reports.
