Higher Diploma in Building Service
Knowledge of AutoCAD & BIM
Alternative Saturday

Responsibilities :

-Assist project team to complete drawings to ensure all submission meetings with the scheduled programme, standards & client requirements

-Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings and as fitted drawings for the projects

-BIM drawings are needed occasionally

Requirements :

The candidate must possess advanced communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Additional requirements include :

-Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in non-related disciplines but interested in this field will be considered

-Basic knowledge in AutoCAD/BIM. Advanced skills will be an advantage

-Efficient, smart, hard-working and independent

-Knowledge of relevant building codes & standards in Building Services will be an advantage

-Immediately available
