Responsibilities:

To perform secretarial duties in the capacity as a senior legal secretary
To provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to Legal Counsels and the team
To perform and support a variety of law-related activities, including legal/factual research, contracts administration & storage, preparation/ proofread of various legal documentations, etc.
To perform and support ad hoc legal projects and/or compliance initiatives as directed from time to time.
To maintain and organize legal files and documents
To assist in liaison with internal stakeholders in relation to legal matters
To perform a variety of functions commonly expected of paralegals working in financial industries/ law firms focusing on a commercial law legal practice (including commercial contentious practice)

Qualifications:

Proactive and hardworking with good attitude
At least 6 years of legal secretarial experience with established law firms/MNC is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Chinese typing is essential
Detailed oriented
