Chief Product Manager (Integrated Circuit), Structured and Capital Finance Department

Responsibilities:

Deep expertise in the integrated Circuit (IC) industry with a strong grasp of common investment and financing methods used by key industry players.
Establish and lead a specialized team with strong industry insight within the department to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the full IC value chain and industry leaders.
Enable product and relationship management teams to identify diverse financing needs (equity, loans, leasing) and pre/post-IPO business opportunities. Ensure effective execution and deliver tangible results.
Provide end-to-end support throughout the entire credit application and approval process.
Coordinate with the Head Office and domestic branches to drive business momentum and support systematic business development.
Actively expand and manage the industrial financing ecosystem.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or above from a renowned domestic institution or a top-tier global university, in relevant fields such as Microelectronics Science and Engineering, IC Design, Materials Engineering, or related fields. A Ph.D. holder from a prestigious overseas university is highly preferred.
Familiar with the IC industry, semiconductor chip design companies, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and packaging/testing procedures across the upstream and downstream supply chain. Direct industry experience or investment research experience in the semiconductor sector is highly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in investment and financing business, overseas investment/financing, or a proven track record of successfully executing investment projects is highly preferred.
Strong strategic planning and product innovation capabilities, with the ability to design differentiated financial solutions addressing critical industry challenges. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and leadership skills, with a track record of aligning multiteam efforts to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Familiar with the latest regulatory requirements from relevant regulatory bodies.
