Responsibilities

• Support IT procurement: raise requests/POs, track orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain documentation. • Support invoicing: match invoices to PO/receipts, verify accuracy, track payment status, and flag discrepancies. • Manage IT admin records: update device/asset logs and onboarding/offboarding documentation. • Coordinate equipment handover/collection paperwork and maintain checklists. • Prepare simple reports/spreadsheets and provide administrative support to the IT team.

Requirements

• Prior admin assistant experience (preferably in an IT/technical environment). • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office/Excel (or equivalent). • Clear communication skills and professional vendor handling. • Familiarity with basic procurement/invoicing processes is a plus.
