Senior Financial Analyst

Is this your next challenge in corporate strategy?

The challenge is to:

Aid in month-end closing by providing timely and relevant reports and explaining variances compared to benchmarks for improving the business operations.
Contribute to the finance team in a variety of activities, including regular audits, feasibility studies for store expansion, refurbishments, lease renewals, as well as store performance analysis and CAPEX planning.
Contribute to build strategy by budgeting, forecasting, and planning to determine and tracking the KPI.
Validate the SOP compliance to ensure that appropriate internal controls are maintained.
Coordinate with other business functions to collect and analyze data, offering recommendations and insights to enhance business operations.
Address ad hoc analysis and inquiries timely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Do you have experience in management accounting, business performance analysis or financial modelling?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in auditing, management accounting, business performance analysis or financial modelling. Big 4 background is a plus.
Experience in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / SAP is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
High self-motivation and pressure resistance, strong learning ability and team spirit.
Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focused demeanor.
