We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager to join our Marketing Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, you will assist the team in executing digital and social media marketing campaigns for Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct to reinforce and further enhance the brand image.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management
- Daily management of Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book and WeChat
- Liaise with and supervise agencies, including social media, digital agencies to curate high-aesthetic and creative content to ensure campaign delivery
- Take the lead in planning and managing the end-to-end execution of creative social media campaigns and influencers engagement
- Manage the content production of e-newsletter, the Style Sheet
- Utilize digital marketing analytics to provide optimization strategies for social engagement
Tenant Management & Hardware Operations
- Foster proactive relationships with tenants and to strategically feature tenant promotions and news across the mall app, website, in-mall digital channels and social platforms
- Act as the project lead for the Pacific Place gift card program, focusing on driving sales and enhance the program operation
Technical Ecosystem Management
- Perform UAT for new digital features, regular website and app deployments

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experiences in digital marketing, social media, communications, website management or advertising fields. Experience within the luxury retail or shopping mall industries is highly preferred
Proven track record in managing KOL and social media campaign
Demonstrates creativity and a deep understanding of Hong Kong’s digital content trends
Hands-on experience with UAT, and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book and Wechat)
A positive and self-motivated team player with strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese
