You’ll gain the international mindset and strategic experience required to lead Hilti into the future.

What You'll Do

Rotate through a structured 18–21month program, including integration, field engineering, and regional project assignments
Build strong technical and commercial skills by working directly with customers to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to senior management across North Asia
Learn the business from the ground up through hands-on field engineering or direct sales experience
Receive ongoing mentoring and leadership development to prepare for future roles in engineering, product development, technical marketing, or sales

What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
3-5 years’ experience in engineering consulting, management consulting, or product marketing, with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Aspiration to become a future leader, leveraging technical expertise with a global mindset – ideally supported by overseas study or work experience
Passion for driving business results and supporting customers with solutions focused on productivity, safety, and sustainability
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local levels
Ability to execute initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent command of written and spoken English and one North Asian language
Desire to build a long-term career with flexibility to work in different locations and develop into a global leader
