ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible in meeting and greeting customers, providing a positive and friendly attitude through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
Ensuring the check in for customers as they arrive for their scheduled appointments.
Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation
Provide daily maintenance of the spa's lobby or reception area and caring for office furniture, plants and periodicals are some examples of other additional duties.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent is preferred
Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel/spa in an advantage
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated interpersonal skills, confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Fresh graduates will also be considered
